As a person I would like to throttle this student and yet as a professional I know this is not in my best interest.

15 years ago yesterday was the bombing in Oklahoma City.
Today is the anniversary of Columbine.
Still students think of something else, especially those that think wacky tabacky is cool.
I think this day makes me think about so many things that are wrong and that have influence in education. By addressing this issue in the class, I am hopefully creating a safe place for everyone and not letting someone try and shock others for attention.
